Anne Labaire
Painting has been Anne Labaire's passion all her life. Refined by private studies and a Major in Fine Arts at the University of Mississippi, her art has grown into a unique expression of Anne's vision and emotion. Together with her husband, Ron, she has formed a lifelong artistic partnership first as professional potters, and now as co-owners of the fine craft gallery that bears their name in Historic Downtown Norcross, Georgia.
You will find her paintings a unique combination of active, underlying textures and subtle surface shapes and colors, forming landscapes, still lifes and abstracts that are at once quiescent and bursting with energy and emotion.
