Dropping Off Artwork for KAZ Venues

• Please read the GENERAL EXHIBIT GUIDELINES, especially the “Framing Requirements”  before dropping off work for an exhibit.  Any work not conforming to these requirements will not be accepted.  It is extremely important to have all work framed correctly as it is the professional norm and helps the Exhibit crew to hang all works efficiently and quickly. The Exhibit crews spend at least 10 hours a month printing cards for artwork, moving work to proper venues, arranging the work, and hanging these works.  Whatever you do to make this go quickly will be most appreciated!
• Please COMPLETE THE ARTWORK SUBMISSION FORM BEFORE YOU ARRIVE  with your artwork.  You can download this short form from our Website and/or pick up a form BEFORE the drop-off date.  For those with no computer, completing the form on site is acceptable.
• Be sure your name and the title of the artwork is on the back of the piece.
• Please make sure your frame and glasswork are CLEAN!  Nothing takes away more from a lovely piece of art than smudges and fingerprints.  The Exhibit crew will not do any cleaning for you.
• When choosing work for an exhibit, please consider a larger, more colorful piece from you collection.  It will be seen by more people from a greater distance, thereby making a more positive impact for the Exhibit.
• Unless otherwise noted, there is no jury fee or other charge for exhibiting in a KAZ venue.
