General Exhibit Guidelines
Works on canvas must be framed unless “Gallery Wrapped” (no visible staples). All other two-dimensional works must be framed.
Include your name and the title of the work on the back of your artwork. Your artwork must be accompanied by a fully executed Exhibition Form that lists each piece of art.
Eligibility:
- Current members of KAZ only.
- Submissions must be less than two years old.
- Only works not previously accepted at KAZ shows are eligible for submission.
Exhibits are juried. Work not accepted must be picked up by the artist within two weeks of notification by KAZ. Works accepted in the exhibit must remain in the exhibit until the exhibit ends unless the work is sold.
Jury fees and/or exhibit fees may be charged and will be stated in the exhibit-specific documents.
Sales: Kudzu Art Zone, Inc. will accept checks payable to the artist for the price specified on the exhibit submission form. If you don't want Kudzu to do this, please write Contact Artist or NFS on your form.
Insurance: Kudzu Art Zone, Inc. does not carry insurance coverage for damages or losses to artworks, materials, or other items placed in the exhibit.
Transportation to and from Kudzu Art Zone will be provided by the artist.
Framing requirements:
- No sawtooth hangers
- Screw eyes 1/3 down from the top
- Use picture wire - Top of picture wire must be at least 2" from top
